Services
Press Pause can provide a wide range of services
How can we help you?
You may need one course developed or updated or an entire program. Or, you might want to start with an analysis of how learning is currently supporting your goals and objectives and how it could be strengthened.
Press Pause can provide the scope of services that makes the most sense for your organization.

Learning analysis for enterprise, department, and team levels
We'll conduct an occupational analysis, review all job requirements, and identify future business goals. We'll recommend learning solutions or work with you to create a strong, sustainable learning strategy and plans.

Curriculum development
Collaborating with Knowledge Leads, we'll organize main learning categories with topics and sub-topics to create a curriculum map that will define the scope of learning. We'll also encourage you to identify key business messages you want woven throughout employee learning experiences.

eLearning and classroom courses or programs
We'll use your curriculum map to develop courses or programs for operations, IT, or enterprise-wide learning. We'll design active, challenging, interesting, and effective courses, no matter what delivery mode you choose.

Train the trainer programs
In most cases, we don't facilitate the courses we develop but we can offer programs to train employees who you select for this role. We can include Facilitation Performance Metrics, so that you ensure the facilitation of your courses meet a high standard.

Performance tools development
We'll design Job Description or Profile templates that are structured to clearly define 'what an employee is being paid to do', why your organization chose to pay for that work, and what the expected results are. Performance Metrics can be designed to 100% measure actual results.

Knowledge management
We can create information sharing templates, write the content, and/or update what you already have. We can also recommend best practices for managing your content to ensure employees can find it.
